How long does shipping take for competitive swimwear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your racing suit or goggles before a scheduled meet.
What is your return policy for tech suits?
Tech suits can be returned within 30 days as long as they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that once a tech suit has been worn in the water, it is no longer eligible for return.
How do I know what size swimsuit to order?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For competitive suits, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips accurately, as performance gear is designed to fit much tighter than fashion swimwear.
Do you offer team discounts or bulk pricing?
Yes, we have a dedicated Team Division that provides discounted pricing for swim clubs, high school teams, and universities ordering customized caps, suits, and parkas.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
